    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    We are committed to providing high-quality online consulting sessions. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and coaches. The refund amount depends on when you cancel your session relative to the scheduled time:

    Case 1: More than 12 hours prior to the session

    The customer may cancel and receive a 100% refund.

    Case 2: More than 6 hours but less than 12 hours prior to the session

    The customer may cancel and receive a 75% refund.

    Case 3: More than 3 hours but less than 6 hours prior to the session

    The customer may cancel and receive a 50% refund.

    Case 4: Less than 3 hours prior to the session

    The customer may cancel and receive no refund.

    Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. For any refund inquiries or concerns, please contact our customer support team.
