However, if an issue arises due to an error or failure caused by the service provider, the customer is entitled to a full refund within 7 days of the session. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. Refunds will not be issued for reasons related to the customer, such as missed sessions, late cancellations, or changes of mind.
