Role of GoGalsa: GoGalsa connects users with coaches who provide coaching services. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the quality, effectiveness, or outcomes of the coaching services provided by the coaches.

Coach Profiles: Coaches are independent contractors and are solely responsible for the content of their profiles, including qualifications, certifications, and services offered. GoGalsa does not verify the accuracy of this information.

Session Booking: Users can book coaching sessions through the platform. Bookings are subject to availability, and the details of each session, including time, duration, and pricing, are specified on the coach's profile.

Payment Methods: All payments for coaching services are processed through our third-party payment provider, PayMob. We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards.

Payment Terms: Payment is required at the time of booking a session. Prices are as listed on the platform and may vary based on the coach and service type.

Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances, such as coach cancellation or technical issues that prevent the session from taking place. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled session.
